Taxi, RER or shuttle: which is best for Disneyland Paris?
The RER A train runs from central Paris to Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station, next to the parks. It is inexpensive, but the journey takes around 40 minutes from the city centre, often with a change, and the stations have plenty of stairs — hard work with a pushchair and a week's luggage. Trains are also crowded at peak times.
Coach shuttles run to fixed timetables and stop at several hotels before yours. A private transfer leaves when you are ready, takes the direct route (usually 40 to 50 minutes from central Paris) and drops you at the door. For a family of three or more, the flat fare often works out close to the cost of train tickets for everyone.
