How your private shuttle works
- You book in advance and give your flight or train number.
- Your driver tracks your arrival and waits for you with a name sign; 60 minutes of waiting are included after landing.
- Your driver helps with your luggage and takes you directly to your destination.
- Drop-off at the door: hotel entrance, Disney Village, park entrance or private address.

- Premium van: up to 7 passengers with 7 suitcases.

- More than 7 passengers: two vehicles leave at the same time, at the route price per vehicle.
